Thanks les. Yes I lost a kidney almost 4yrs in August. I 'm ok people live on one kidney and so far I am too.lol except going to the bathroom more often. Everything is the same.smoking was the only thing I ever. Did.oh and I cant drink because of one kidney.but I was never a drinker. I'm a boring person.only set back was gaining weight after the kidney lost so I'm in the same boat as you les. Its good to work on yourself but excepting yourself flaws and all is something to stride for.congrats again
